   Hi NT Sandy,

   Just got back from WInnemucca Nevada and cant wait to try this cashew choco cookies and YES 60% COCOA IS THE BEST. I am using that now:-) on all my baking:-)
   I love You and miss you!!! TJ left yesterday morning for his second deployment:-(
