She probably had a list on her desk to remind herself to get dish soap and cat food the next time she was at the store.

He probably had a hike planned for the weekend… hoping to see a little fall color coming into the leaves.

She surely had sweet little relatives who were already excited about the princess tiaras and the purple dinosaur suits they would wear for Halloween.

He must have worked out on the treadmill before he went to work that morning.

She may have been planning to take off early that day to go with her mother to a doctor’s appointment.

He might have already booked that holiday cruise to surprise his wife.

Oh!  I’m so sad about it.  So miserable thinking of the plans of life cut so tragically short in this shooting.  In this shooting… and in all evil acts carried out in our world.  I’m just so sad.

Evil is on the rise in our beautiful country and the world. A world so perfect for, goodness, animals of all kinds. A perfect planet in this universe….and the devil can’t stand it. He is trying to destroy goodness and beauty. Keep praying to our God and keep loving each other and being a helper when we see the need.

Such a thought provoking writing. Just hadn’t thought of it in this way. Thanks for reminding us of the brevity of our lives. Makes us much more aware of each moment.

I’ve wondered all day what would make a person think, “I believe I’ll shoot a bunch of people today” Warped and no belief in Jesus Christ.
